Dear Friend of the Jerome Lejeune Foundation,
I have the pleasure of announcing two new appointments to the board of the Jerome Lejeune Foundation USA. Mr. Daniel Schreck and Mr. Kenny McWilliams join the board this month and will bring an incredible amount of experience and insight to the foundation!
Daniel and his wife Annie are the happy and blessed parents of Rose Schreck, a beautiful young girl with Down syndrome; Daniel’s contributions to the foundation will be anchored in a deep understanding of day-to-day realities of Down syndrome.
I look forward to working closely with Daniel, whose professional career and expertise in the financial industry are going to be of great help as we start dealing with the financial and insurance complexities of managing a hospital for people with Down syndrome, the first of its kind in the US. Read more about Daniel.
Kenny is a former US Navy pilot who brings a humble and dedicated sense of charity and service to anyone who meets him. As a great example of this, Kenny and his wife Ligia founded Archangel Air, a nonprofit which provides free air transportation for those in need.
Kenny’s professional expertise and wisdom as general counsel of one the world’s largest software companies is providence to us as we will be addressing legal and regulatory complexities for the launch of our hospital serving those with Down syndrome. Read more about Kenny.
Please join me in welcoming Daniel and Kenny!
